If speed matters more than perfection, here's how to get matched fastest.
Time of day
Peak hours overlap the working day on both sides. For USD → MXN, that's roughly 9am–7pm Central. For AED → INR, 11am–9pm Gulf time. Posting outside those windows is fine but slower.
Amount
Round amounts ($500, $1,000, €1,000, ₽50,000) match much faster than odd amounts because more counterparts have those amounts in mind. If your need is $487, post for $500 and net the difference back via a separate small transaction or cash.
Geography
Country-level corridors ("USA → Mexico") match faster than city-level ("Houston → Guadalajara"). Pick the city only if you have a hard reason — meeting in person, specific local rail.
