Both QR scans check out, the transaction completes, and the record closes within 7 days. Here's how to verify everything worked.
When both scans go green, you'll see a confirmation screen and a haptic burst. The transaction moves to released. Here's what happens next, in order.
Within seconds
- Both release states move to completed.
- Push notification on both phones.
- Receipt PDF emailed to both parties.
Within 24 hours
- The cash handoff record closes after proof, recipient confirmation, and any required operator review.
- Star-rating prompt for both sides.
- Saved-counterparty option (re-use them on future transactions).
Within 7 days
- Transaction auto-archives. The chat thread stays, but the active controls disappear.
- Disputes can be opened up to 48 hours after release. After that, the case closes.
