Transaction stuck or missing
Match found but the funds haven't moved? Check your status and trigger a re-match if it's been more than 60 minutes.
A Dinora transaction has four clear states: posted, matched, release-ready, and completed. If yours is sitting in matched or release-ready without progress, here's how to unblock it.
First, check the status timeline
Open the transaction and look at the timeline strip at the top. Each state shows a timestamp. The handoff hasn't started until both sides are release-ready.
If it's been less than 60 minutes
Wait. Most counterparties reply within minutes during peak hours, but the first 60 minutes are normal. Send a polite message in the chat to nudge them.
If it's been more than 60 minutes without a reply
- Open the transaction.
- Tap Re-match. Your existing authorization and proof trail stay attached to the request.
- We start looking for a new counterparty in the same corridor.
- If we can't find one within 24 hours, the request is cancelled or kept open based on your choice.
