How to cancel a pending transaction
Cancel before the handoff is release-ready. After proof starts, cancellation becomes a dispute.
You can cancel a transaction before both sides enter the release-ready state. After that, it stops being a cancellation and becomes a dispute — handled by an operator, not the app.
If you haven't been matched yet
Open My offers, swipe the offer, and tap Withdraw. Your money never left your account in the first place — there's nothing to refund.
If you're matched but neither side is release-ready
Open the transaction, tap Cancel, and pick a reason. Both sides see the cancellation in chat and can confirm. Done in one click.
If proof collection already started
You can no longer self-cancel. Tap Open dispute instead — see the dispute article. An operator reviews within an hour during peak times.
