Staying safe when you meet

Meet in public, in daylight. Tell someone where you are going. Count the cash together. Walk away if anything does not match.

Every Dinora exchange ends with two people meeting and handing over cash. These are the habits that keep that ordinary.

Before you go

  • Agree a busy public place — a bank lobby, a shopping centre, a cafe. Not a car park, not a home, not anywhere quiet.
  • Go in daylight.
  • Tell someone you trust where you are going, who you are meeting, and when you expect to be done.
  • Agree the exact amount and the exact person in chat first, so nothing is negotiated on the spot.

At the meeting

  • Check the person matches who you agreed to meet before you take anything out.
  • Count the cash together, in front of each other.
  • A screenshot of a transfer is not proof of anything. Neither is a promise to send it later.
  • If the name, the amount, or the place does not match what you agreed, stop. Nothing is owed.
