Cash handoff

For launch, Dinora supports cash handoff only. Both sides meet in person, exchange local cash, and use QR/TOTP proof plus recipient confirmation before completion can be recorded.

Advanced rails

Bank, card, mobile-money, and stablecoin rails are prepared behind fail-closed gates, but they are not available to users until legal, compliance, corridor, provider, and launch-promotion approvals are complete.
