Transactions

Counterpart isn't responding

If your match goes silent during a live handoff, we pause completion and help you re-match.

Updated 3 months agoReviewed by Dinora support

Once a transaction hits the live handoff state, both sides are expected to respond within reasonable time. Dinora enforces a 30-minute reply rule.

What counts as silent

  • No reply in chat for 30 consecutive minutes after a question.
  • No QR scan within 10 minutes of arriving at the meeting location.
  • No response to a Dinora operator's manual nudge.

What Dinora does automatically

We send your counterparty reminders after the rule trips. If they still don't reply, we auto-cancel the meeting, pause their release state, and start a re-match for you in the background.

You'll get a notification with a one-tap option to either accept the new match or cancel the request.
