Recognizing phishing attempts

Dinora never asks for your password, your OTP, or your card details — anywhere. Anyone who does is impersonating us.

Updated 3 months agoReviewed by Dinora support

Phishing attempts impersonating Dinora typically come via email, SMS, or fake support chats. The signals are predictable.

Red flags

  • Asks for your password, full card number, or OTP code.
  • Sender domain is not @dinora.ai (look closely — d1nora.ai, dinora-support.com, etc.).
  • Urgency: "Your account will be closed in 24 hours."
  • Links to a non-dinora.ai or non-dinora.app domain.
  • Requests payment outside Dinora to "verify" your account.

What real Dinora communications look like

  • Sender is always @dinora.ai or in-app notification.
  • We never ask for OTP codes — we generate them, you enter them on our site.
  • We never ask for your password.
  • Operator messages always show a verified badge in chat.
