Recovering a lost account

Lost phone, lost authenticator, lost email. The recovery path differs for each — start here.

Account recovery starts at /signin → Forgot login? — but the path forks based on what you've actually lost.

Lost password (have email + phone)

Standard reset. Enter your email, click the reset link, set a new password. 5 minutes.

Lost phone (have email + password)

Sign in normally. We'll skip the SMS 2FA step if you can verify via email + recovery code. Make sure to update your phone immediately after — see Changing your phone number.

Lost authenticator app (have email + recovery codes)

Use a recovery code at the 2FA prompt. Each code is single-use. After signing in, set up a new authenticator.

Lost everything (only have your name + ID document)

This is the manual path. Open a support ticket via help@dinora.ai with subject "Lost account recovery". Attach a clear photo of your government-issued ID and a note describing your last successful sign-in (date, country, device). Recovery completes in 1–3 business days after identity verification.
