I think this transaction is suspicious

Pause the transfer and report it. The release state stays in review until our risk team checks the proof trail.

If something about your match — their messages, their requested meeting place, the amount, the rail — feels wrong, trust that instinct. Pausing a transaction never costs you money.

How to flag it

  1. Open the transaction from My offers or the chat thread.
  2. Tap the three-dot menu in the top-right and choose Report.
  3. Pick a reason: pressure, identity mismatch, off-platform request, scam pattern, or other.
  4. Add a short note (optional) and submit.

Reporting pauses completion for both sides. Neither party can mark the handoff complete while the report is open.

What our risk team does

During staffed hours, an analyst reviews the chat, the counterparty's account history, sanctions hits, and corridor pattern. If anything checks out as malicious, the counterparty is suspended and the match is cancelled before completion.

If everything looks fine, the analyst messages you in the thread to clarify — you can choose to proceed or cancel without penalty.
